HR Consultant Matching Tool
At Accenture, matching benched consultants to open internal roles was done manually by comparing spreadsheets. I built a Power Query tool with fuzzy join logic that automated the matching and gave HR a live dashboard to act on.

The problem
When consultants rolled off projects, HR needed to quickly match them to available internal roles. The matching was done manually. Slow, inconsistent, and dependent on whoever had time to do it.

What I built
A Power Query-based matching tool using fuzzy joins to align consultant profiles with role requirements, even when descriptions didn't match exactly. The output fed a dynamic Excel dashboard giving HR real-time visibility into who was available and what they fit.
